Manufactured from heat-treated Q235 steel with a full chrome finish, this bar features needle bearings for smooth sleeve rotation, centre knurling for added grip during heavy lifts, and a 300kg maximum load capacity. Compatible with all 50mm Olympic weight plates, it's ideal for squats, deadlifts, bench press, overhead press, and a variety of functional strength exercises.
